Colin Daley is a Global Specialist for the Banking on Women advisory practice at the IFC. He is currently working with banks in Africa to enhance their strategies to attract, retain and grow Women customer segments and ultimately differentiate themselves in their chosen markets.
He was formerly an Advisory Partner at Ernst & Young EMEIA focusing on assisting Financial Services institutions to derive value from specialized segments, including Women, Youths, Informal sector, whilst enhancing revenue and reducing cost to serve. Colin, an Engineer by training was formerly head of the Retail Banking Customer Journey Reengineering unit at HSBC UK and has a flair for improving value to customers and creating economic value for institutions. Having worked as a management consultant in the UK, Poland, Norway, Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa and Ethiopia he brings interesting perspectives on aligning organisations to the needs of their target and existing customers segments.
Colin will be leading a panel discussion titled “Banking on Women – what’s the ROI?”.
