Khadija Mariam has been working in BRAC Bank as Head of Women Entrepreneur Cell in SME Banking Division. She has expertise in communication, marketing and SME sector with working experience of 11 years. Previously she was in IPDC Finance, as Business Intelligence Manager and Head of Women Entrepreneur Development Unit in SME Department. Prior to that she had been working in communication and marketing industry. Apart from her professional work, being a believer in communication and entrepreneurship development, she had worked as a trainer and facilitator of different trainings and workshops with various institutions and learning academies. Passionate to be a key role player in development of women entrepreneurs, she has been working under BRAC Bank with a vision to work in the arena of SME and Women Entrepreneurship development and making a mark on exponential growth of women financial inclusion in Bangladesh.
