Esra Kivrak is a senior banker with 30 years of experience in financial services. She has carried executive responsibilities  at Commercial  Bank of Qatar and Alternatifbank/Turkey . She also had  served in a variety of managerial positions at  Garanti BBVA for 20 years and she had been the SVP of SME and Women Banking  between 2011-2018.

Currently she is contracted as a senior consultant on various SME Banking  projects in Turkey and  also working as a STC  with   IFC / FIG Advisory South Asia Region. The  focus  areas in her  projects are  Green SME Banking,  SME Sales Management, and  Women in  Business.  
Esra has a BA degree  in  Political Sciences -   Bosphorus University /Istanbul and completed Management Executive Programs in Wharton School /UPEN
