Leandro Guerra joined Experian Serasa team in Brasil on 2015, where he did extensive research on mathematical models and developed his knowledge in structured and unstructured data. In 2015 Leandro relocated to Europe and since then he manages a team of data scientists with the mandate to design and build data driven projects and machine learning solutions for organizations who range throughout traditional and not traditional financial services, banks and ecommerce.
He has experience working on innovative Data and Analytics projects applied to Credit Risk, Collections, Marketing, Fraud, Insurance, HR, Health Care and CRM. The main focus is to develop new solutions using the Big Data paradigm, focusing in unstructured data, such as text, voice and image.
Guerra has bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in microelectronics and specializations in Analytics Intelligence (Institute and Foundation of Administration/University of Sao Paulo, Brazil) and Data Science (Johns Hopkins University – USA).
