Senior Manager, Digital Strategy & Data Analytics - Accion
As part of Accion Global Advisory Solutions, Kathleen Yaworsky is the Senior Manager, Digital Strategy and Data Analytics. She provides strategic and operational support to clients and is responsible for managing the implementation of projects on the strategic use of data, digital product design, and customer strategy. Kathleen also supports the advisory team’s industry engagement activities, leading research and publication of reports that drive digital transformation in financial inclusion.
Prior to joining Accion, Kathleen consulted with Mastercard’s government services and solutions team, evaluating merchant and consumer pain points resulting from the digitization of cash transfers in the Mexican government’s Oportunidades program. She also worked on strategy and operations for the Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth.
Kathleen brings a decade of progressive international development project management experience including strategy, design, and implementation of community-based development programs in Africa, Latin America, and Eastern Europe, on issues ranging from digital financial services to water and sanitation, to health and gender.
Kathleen holds an M.A. in international business and development economics from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and a B.A. in international relations and romance languages from Bowdoin College and certificates in digital money from the Digital Frontiers Institute and in data science from MIT.
