Murali Ramakrishnan, is the Senior General Manager and Business Head of the SME Group of ICICI Bank Ltd since August 2016. Ramakrishnan, has a vast experience across various functions of the bank which has enabled him to look at the business with a 360º perspective.

Before his current position, he was Chief Executive Officer, Hong Kong Branch, ICICI Bank Limited based in Hong Kong since April 2012. He was in charge of business operations in North Asia, Sri Lanka, Middle East and Africa.

He has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and did his management studies at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, India.
