Eric Tsai is Head of Cash Products, RMB, and Client Access in Transaction Banking, Standard Chartered Bank (China), responsible for cash product management and cross border RMB business in the Corporate & Institutional Banking. 

He has near 20 years rich experience in corporate banking. Before moving to Shanghai in March 2011, Mr. Tsai was a Director and Head of product management in Standard Chartered Taiwan, managing wholesale banking business for cash management and trade finance.

Prior to Standard Chartered Bank, Mr. Tsai worked for Citibank N.A. Taipei, Corporate Banking, from 1996 to 2004, where he served various job functions, including Asset Based Finance, Cash Management Product Management, and Cash Management Operation Head, Corporate Banking.  From 2004 to 2008, he worked for Ta Chong Bank, Taiwan, as Head of Transaction Banking.
