Alan Martinez leads the customer success team at EFL which focuses on optimizing the value our partner's receive from our credit scoring platform, risk analytics and advisory services. Alan partners with chief executives and other senior leaders of the top digital credit providers to expand access to capital for underserved consumers and entrepreneurs across Asia, Europe, Africa and Latin America.
Prior to joining EFL, he led implementation and change management credit programs for ShoreBank International, a development finance consulting firm. His experience in consumer, micro and SME finance spans 16 years and includes roles as an advisor, lender, and investment professional.
He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from the University of Texas, and a Master's Degree in Public Policy from Harvard University.
